WHAT IS

Affect Resonance therapy?

A.R.T. is a new psychotherapeutic approach that prioritizes empathy and individuality of each person in forming relationships. Psychodynamic phenomena should first be professionally detected, recognized and constructively interpreted. Relationships can thus be actively shaped and maintained, even in difficult situations.

THE A.R.T.

Course

Socio-emotional competences are crucial in the field of working with people.

The course enables independent leadership and application of specific empathy-promoting measures in individual and group settings. It includes a theoretical and practical part and lasts 4 semesters.

Self-awareness

Improved self-awareness and the ability to actively and authentically shape relationships in everyday and exceptional situations.

Practical relevance

New perspectives through professional interchange and further development of psychosocial competences through social learning.

Expertise

New ideas in establishing and shaping relationships with concepts from intersubjective psychoanalysis and modern pedagogical approaches.

Like-minded/Peers

Learning with other peers how psychodynamics emerge and in what ways these processes can be used to improve care concepts.
